Project Manager (AI & Automation)
OpenWe are hiring a Project Manager (AI & Automation) to own delivery of intelligent software and automation programs. You will coordinate engineering, product, and client stakeholders, keep AI/automation workstreams on track, and ensure outcomes are measurable and production-ready.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project or program management
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing AI, machine learning, RPA, or workflow automation projects
- Proven ability to run discovery, scoping, timelines, risk, and change management for complex technical programs
- Strong communication skills with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum (or similar) delivery models
- Comfortable working in a remote, multi-timezone environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery plans for AI and automation engagements
- Coordinate product, engineering, QA, and client stakeholders
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets with clear reporting
- Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into delivery scope
- Ensure quality gates, demos, and release readiness for production handoff
- Continuously improve delivery process for AI/automation workstreams
